10) Felicia Day
Best known for playing Codex in the nerdy Internet series The Guild, Felicia Day already had a huge fanboy following. But it wasn't until she starred as the Penny in Joss Whedon's fabulous, writer's strike-fuelled Internet experiment Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog that she really had a chance to shine. Day perfectly captured the series' sweet, doomed heroine and even got to belt out some Broadway-inspired musical numbers.
