When someone close dies, it’s not uncommon to feel as though their spirit lingers – whether you want it to or not. They have unfinished business, my friend, and they’re not leaving you alone until you help them out. Expect some wacky adventures and sappy goodbyes in your future.

In Ghost Town, Greg Kinnear refuses to go into the light until he convinces the still-living Ricky Gervais to stop his widow's impending marriage. We took this opportunity to dig up the Top 10 film ghosts with a purpose.
