Can you believe it’s been 15 years since ER first premiered? It seems like only yesterday that medical dramas were an intriguing novelty and George Clooney’s name elicited an uninterested “Who’s that?” But after 15 drama-filled seasons, ER will air its final episode April 2, and we will say goodbye to the doctors and nurses we’ve loved, hated and tolerated throughout the show’s impressive run.

County General Hospital has endured countless emergencies over the last decade and a half, but some of them were more chilling than others. In honour of ER’s series finale, we’re taking a look at some of the medical drama’s best moments.
